Mix of walleyes and saugers this week.
27-31 feet of water using Tom's Tackle Rattle Trap pink and white glow in the dark or glow red or the gold with a red eye Gem n eye have worked well tipped with a minnow. A mix of dead sticking and jigging has worked best, I would suggest doing one of each and seeing what works best for you. The action tends to be sporadic. Time of day tends to be all over the map. What is good one day is different the next. Vexilars/Fish a finders help your odds. The weather forecast this week looks nice and steady. No big highs and lows at this point. That should help the bite. Only a little over seven weeks left of the season and the March bite is usually hot! Give us a call 800-862-8602.

Ice Conditions
We currently have 32-36 inches of ice right now in the areas we travel and fish.

Trails
The land and lake trails continue to be groomed weekly and are in good shape. We received another inch of snow Monday night. The lake trail will be groomed again Friday from Wheeler's Point to Baudette, Baudette to Oak Island, Oak Island to Warroad and Warroad to Wheeler's Point. Few pressure ridges but very passable with snowmobiles, just use caution. Ice chunks still sticking up in the snow off the trail, so it is advised to stay on the trail for the most comfortable and safest riding.

Midday and late afternoon bite has been good this week
Mix of mostly walleyes and saugers along with a few jumbo perch and tullibee. Not too many pike caught this week. Our houses are in a variety of depths between 22'-23' and 26'-28' feet in a variety of mud, rock and sand bottoms. We are ready to give you the best experience possible. Mix of dead sticking and jigging working. I suggest setting up one of each. Red and glow in the dark jigs tipped with a chub have been working well.
