Remington Braided Power LOKT
I was out shopping one day and couldn't help but notice that Remington now makes fishing line. Ok now,
would you really trust a gun / ammunition company to hold your lure to bring the big one in?What is this
line made of,bullets? I was sceptic at first but I'm the type of guy that gives new products a try.
I purchased it and was suprised that it was less expensive than Fireline. Here are some good features
of this line.
- Thin: This line is very thin. 12 pound test is same thickness as 8 pound test.
-Rod guide protection: SEAGARD protection. I don't really know what that means but I do know that it
doesn't wear out your rod guides as bad as other braided lines... you should still use metal or titanium
rod guides though.
-Zero stretch: This line has absolutly,no stretch what so ever! It's crazy how you can feel every nick
and bump of the structure and fish biting.
-Strong:Don't try to break this with your hands! you'll cut yourself!
If I was to rate this product on 10 I would give it a solid 8. The only bad thing about this line is
the price!
Besides that it's a must buy. Go out and try it you won't regret!
