We
are starting a late spring bite. Actually
the fishermen staying here did well on Thursday night and
had a fish fry. Then we got a foot of snow with blizzard conditions. It
was just gorgeous seeing people fishing off the docks and
the boats during the blizzard. The not-so-gorgeous
side is the fish quit biting thru blizzard.
Today
the sun is out and the wind very light and we expect the
bite to start again in the
next couple of days.
The
pictures attached to this e-mail are spring fishing pictures
from years past. Nice walleyes, northerns
and bass. I hope you will consider coming & trying
our lakes. If you would like a fast start on getting
to know the area, I suggest you try my guide Gary for at
least one day. You will be very impressed. Also,
we carry maps at the resort and can point you in the right
direction.
